All 63 U.S. national parks
More than 1,000 trails, each checked against the National Park Service. Live NPS alerts, trail details you can trust, and maps that keep working when your signal doesn't.

Trails you can trust
Every trail is routed on the map and compared with the distance NPS publishes. Where the two disagree, we say so. You get distance, climb, an elevation profile, time estimates, the trailhead, and notes straight from NPS: permits, lotteries, ladders, flash-flood and heat warnings.

Works without signal
Download a park before you go and access trail maps, trail details, and your location—even without cell service. Hike Mode tracks your progress, shows how far you’ve gone and how far you have left, and alerts you if you wander off the trail.

Know before you go
Live alerts and closures for every park, a day planner that skips closed trails and finishes before sunset, and the gateway towns around each park: places to stay and eat, groceries, gear, guides and rentals.

Meet Scout
Scout is your park guide. Ask about any of the 63 national parks, from "When does Old Faithful erupt?" to "Why are the rocks red at Bryce?", and get answers drawn from the National Park Service. Take a self-guided tour of each park's landmarks, and keep going when there's no signal: everything works offline.
